Megan Hughes has been running this traditional roadside public
house since the 1950s and can still be seen around the pub helping in the day to day operation as well as tending her gardens
or sitting by the log fire chatting to the locals. She is always happy and willing to give a weary traveller a little
bit of golden history behind the pub, farms and surrounding area and for those more ambitious amongst you she will reel of
a few Welsh words for you to try to pronounce!
To help make the Inn more competetive in today's very
demanding market Megan has recruited a younger team to develop the food on offer at the pub. She is always insistant
on keeping the "Country pub feel" and using local suppliers where possible.
